This answer assumes you have Excel and a Windows PC. It also assumes you don't mind a lot of repetition if you have many contacts.

Use Excel to convert the file into a CSV file (Highlight the cells with the details, File, Save as, CSV)

Run the Windows Address Book (on the PC). Start button, Run, then type in WAB and hit return.

Import the CSV file (File, Import, Other Address Book, Text File).

Export the contacts as vCards (File, Export as, vCards).

Connect your N95 to PCSync and fire up the Contacts section.

Copy and paste all the vCards into the Contacts browser window on the PC. The N95 should automatically update.

Not perfect, but free and quicker than retyping them.
