I want to call abroad but at the same time I dont want them to know what country im calling from. Is there a way of using any VOIP client that will allow me to have any number I desire?

It integrates well with the N95. Hope this helps.
I have no clue if this would work, but Settings > Phone > Call > Send my internet call ID might have some impact? Might be worth a try, for SIP services like Truphone.
Ive tried both truephone and gizmo but both of them display a 0044 number. I need to be able to show a number that doesnt relate to A UK dialing code.

if you use a public sip-code with a number it will show, but if you use a sip-code with a "letter-username" you get no caller-ID..
VoipCheap is cheap and functions perfectly on a N95!
