I frequently find that when I answer an incoming call I can't hear anything. Ther person calling didn't get a connection at all so rings back and it always works the second time.
The other problem is rather odd and has happened twice this week.
Person calls me, my phone shows their name/number calling. I answer and get someone completely different who was making a phone call. Meanwhile the person calling me has been connected to the person answering the other person's call. Hope that makese sense ! Meanwhile both our displays show the correct name/number calling ! That's happened twice now and it's mighty strange.
So cutting to the chase, are either of these problems likely to be handset related ? If I call up vodafone surely they can do very little other than change the handset ?
