I have an N95 on Vodafone and have previously had no problems connecting to the web. However yesterday I tried to click on the web icon button on the phone and also on the Vodafone Live button and it doesnt let me connect to the net anymore.
Its like it clicks on it, the screen flickers and then it goes back to the icon again without connecting.
As I said I had no problems with this until yesterday. Has anybody else had a similar problem with the phone and how have you fixed it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you done any updates to the phone recently, IE firmware update?
You might need to do a reset on your phone, but I'm not totally sure about that. Someone with more knowledge might have a better idea.
No update done recently. About 3 months ago. I shall have to try a reset then. Will I lose everything on the phone? Has anyone got the reset code please?
soft and hard resets can be found on the forum, somewhere lol.
you will lost your contacts and other data, so back that stuff up.
All sorted anyway. Thanks. Just reinstalled the latest firmware and all now fine.
