It happens after some third part software installation? You drop it? A little more information could help... But, check with NSU if you have the last firmware version inside it. If not, do the upgrade. If it already have the last one, format with *#7370#. First, do a backup of personal stuff:icon4:
it might be because i installed google map......but after I uninstalled it works fine
