how can i configure doris browser?

i try to download the demo of doris browser but i cant surf, it just taking too long, connecting to http://www.yahoo.com:80

i know that webviewer has a proxy and you must put 0.0.0.0 on dns. how bout doris??? is there any special configuration to run in gprs??? or it doesnt run under gprs???
