Need help setting up EMAIL

i went 2 the site and followed the instructions and have gotten through the process to have email, mms and web automatically done on phone, but when i go 2 retrieve email it tells me "problem connecting unknown error" can anybody help please?

Please put in more information regarding your issue.. Which email (Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook etc). What software are you using on the phone etc?
