Hi. i have the same problem as one of the users of 7650 when u start up your phone it says "program closed start up wserv 7". well i've searched your forum and found out the one of your "forum elders" (kobe24)answered it:

How to bypass Startup Procedures (applications) while booting up.

There are cases wherein the phone might get stuck with applications that run during boot up. In this case, you can't remove software because of certain errors, or your phone seeming to be dead.

If this happens to you, it is try to bypass the Startup procedure of your 7650 first before proceeding to the dreaded hard reset. By bypassing the startup function, you may be able to remove the problematic software, avoiding the hard reset.

1. power off your phone,
2. press Abc button and power on phone (keep holding Abc for approx. 30 seconds).

I'm sorry but i'm a real newbie here but what do you mean about the "Abc" button there seems to be two buttons alike (1 on top left and 1 in the keypad)? Kindly tell me better. And do i have to still hold on the "Abc" while putting my pincode on my phone?

i have tried them almost all and still it doesn't work. Well, does that mean i need to hard reset it? is there is no chance to save my files inside?

And other else. i cant use my menu button with dis problem. is it normal?
sorry for my long question and hope that you will answer me espescially kobbe24. thnx for your attention.

Could you specifically give us the details of what happens?

The "ABC" button not the "2abc" button.

They say that the startup programs are run before the pin code request appears.

wat actually happened is that i downloaded the program Efilemanager and then when i was using it, it disappeared in my menu with no reason(when i was changing my OPlogo) so what i just did is that i restarted it and then boom! "program closed start up wserv 7". I tried changing with a different sim card but it didn't work. I did the way it was posted in the forum but it didn't work on my phone(version 3.16). so i did the dreaded hard reset  and now it works thnx anyway.
