WMA is actually an audio format (Windows Media Audio); WMV is the Windows Media Video format. WMA is played (only if not protected by DRM, presumably!) by CorePlayer, reviewed at All About Symbian:

I've never used it myself, but that review doesn't say that WMV is supported, so if you are indeed looking for video then it may not be helpful.
