c++ compiler compatible with symbian OS

i have a problem...we look for a completely freeware compiler for c++ language can be used with symbian OS in nokia S60...we have a big project in our last studying year:con? ...through my searching i found about carbideandborland but both aren't free:frown: ...so if any one have any idea plzz help me😊
