Run S60 2nd ed app on N95

Simple answer.... no. You'll either have to persuade the developer to redo it for S60 3rd Ed or find something similar. What program is it?

I bought an iTech bluetooth virtual keyboard that said on the website it was compatible with Symbian S60 phones. It wasn't till I got it that I realised it was only compatible with S60 2nd edition.

iTech say they don't have software for the N95 and can't tell me if they will in the future. Very frustrating. Should have read the fine print before purchasing.

Have you tired installing one of the nokia bluetooth keyboard drivers?
