Decided to put the QuakeWorld client online, makes a good companion to the singleplayer Quake.
Please keep in mind that the game requires datafiles from the full version of the original Quake in order to work.
Also, not all the servers accept the original, unmodified/unenhanced client, so you might have to try a few times. Ofcourse, if someone could setup a new server which does not have these limitations(and not too much desktop players around 😊 )

This is a fantastic achievement but there seems to be no server browser included. How do you find the servers?
Do a google search 4 active quake servers...

This is best s60 port by far.
Only thing thats missing is the gpu support.

Just got my ass kicked while playing at xs4all servers (Just wondered if it'd possible to emulate mouse with camera?) As an input device a cellphone is really far from ideal...
