Unsupperted files

My N70 does not or will not open xls files or .doc files, is there something im not doing right.

Do you have the free office viewer software installed?

Yes, I have Pixel Pro Viewer, but I can only open(files) when i have the pro viewer opened, when I send a file by bluetooth the phone will not open the file. I am doing something wrong I know but what ?.
