Deleting Junk off Menu

Hey guys, I have been lurking for a while with my new n75, but I can't figure this one out.

I'm trying to get all the junk I don't care about off my phone menu, such as "AT&T Music" "Video" "Media Net" "At&T Mall" But there is no damn option to delete them. Video Media Net and Mall I moved to another folder just to get it off my screen, but AT&T Music is its own folder or something.

How can I delete this stuff? I really don't like how the nokia software for my computer won't show me everything on my phone.

I just create a new folder called Unused (or Junk or whatever) and put everything I never use in there. There are a lot of applications for which you have shortcut buttons as well as the junk you'll never use too.

Yeah thats what I was doing, but things like AT&T Music is a "folder" and I can't move it into another folder.
