hey, ive just got the w950 recently and installed the necessary programs onto my computer, but for some reason when i plug the usb cable into my computer. it states its "USB Device Not Recognized". How do i make it work?
Also on my cd there were no drivers located in the folders.. so if anyone could send me the drivers for the USB-Cable DCU-60 it would be a great help

USB data cable problems
First you need to make sure that you have the correct software. Here is the link to the software off the sony site SONY SOFTWARE. You should connect the phone and data cable to the computer only after you have installed the software and started the program. It should detect the cable only after you have started the software.
