getting synchronise to delete things from computer

Hi there. I'm trying to synchronise outlook with my n80. problem is, say i create an appointment on hte phone, next time it syncs the appointment will show up in outlook. if i then delete it from the phone, the next time it syncs it copies it from outlook to the phone (instead of deleteing it from outlook).

i still want to update in both directions (so i can add appointments using outlook and then see them on the phone.

is there no way of it knowing if an appointment has been deleted it should delte it from both places?

from memory, theres an advanced setting that reads along the line of 'if something is deleted on both phone and PC which should be the master delete' .... that kinda thing. SO make your phone master, when it syncs the delete flag will be on and it shouldnt come back round.
