U better go to a NOKIA service care centre. For 3230 there is no firmware that can b downloaded, Only for latest few mobiles the updating facility is available in Nokia suite. I had updated it and i m happy. Just remember to backup ur phone memory on ur card and once firmware updating is done u can restore the phone memory. Chao.

i know about the nokia service center...but i think there is th other way...there must be...

last month I bought a new 3230, and there wasn't problem with it. but from several days ago, my 3230 had a new problem..the screen turn black and must be restart to give it back to normal. This condition are even happen when I type my keypad as fast as I can, or when I play game..Anyone can help me explain what happen with my lovely 3230?thanks
