Recently my phone has been acting stupid. I turn it on, and it restarts as soon as the ericsson splash screen disappears. ONce it restarts, it repeats the process. Would anyone happen to have any ideas as to why my phone is doing this? Thank you all in advance 😊

Had exactly the same problem - took it back to Optus Australia who supplied it.
They claimed that it was a touch screen problem which I expressed some skepticism about at the time - they told me that they'd plugged into a diagnosis machine which had told them this and didn't lie. 3 weeks later the phone came back - with a new screen (cost AUD72) but with the same problem. Waiting for their next attempt!
