nope. not possible. The only "TV" you can get is by streaming video over a data connection, like 3G or Wifi.
However check out a PC server software called ORB, as you can stream your PCs videos over WIFI, it also allows you to share your PCs tv card to stream too. You install some "server" software on you PC and then can access your video/music streams from a web browser.
