P990i Restarting

Hi...

My P990 mobile always restarting, also i am having a problem when i recieving sms. I have to remove my batery then turn it on so that i can accept sms.

anyone can help me?

the fone restarting problem may be due to the fact that you might have recently installed some software that is not compatible with the P990i.

Regarding, sms , it might be a problem with the SIM card. Try using another SIM on the same fone and see if the problem persists.

mine did the same using an O2 pay as you go card. On a different network it works fine.
