N72 video format

I downloaded a 3gp converter. But I dont the sampling rate and the frame rate of output. Ihave the following details. Do reply

Encoder : either Xvid or H264

Bit rate: 40, 80, 96, 120, 256, 512

Format: MOBILE PHONE VIDEO(3GP, 3GPP, ), 3RD GENERATION PROJECT (3GP, 3GP2)

please tell me which one I 've to select to get it played on my N72

The list of supported formats and format details you can see at forum.nokia.com/main/resources/technologies/audiovideo/ (and especially the link "Audio & Video Feature Tables" on that page). The N72 is based on S60 2nd Edition Feature Pack 3 (S60 v2.8), when you look for the "baseline" info and then model-specific details.
