Flash movies suck. Compared to H.264 (e.g. QuickTime) movies.
Check out quality of YouTube on iPhone (YouTube made special H.264 version for Apple).
Very much superior to flash-embedded PC experience.
The nice thing about Flash is that it scales nicely. The backgrounds in mScrapbook are vector based. So they look really nice when viewed at 320x240 as well as in larger resolutions (the 'native' resolution is 640x480).
