Sorry if this is a repost, but the app below makes your N95's screen turn from landscape to portrate as you rotate the phone.
I've seen a vid of it in action as seems to work well. It's not a signed app though so I think you have to go though some process to get it to work but there are instructions on the site below on how to do this.
I've ont tried it myself yet though.
