Birthday Age and Anniversary Reminders

I enter birthday's and anniversary's in my outlook 2007 using Contacts, basically by setting either birthday, anniversary or both on the detail tab. This then puts a re-occuring event in my calendar which gets sync'd with my N95.

This is ok, however when its in my calendar I would like to see if show how old someone is on their up and coming birthday or how many years they have been married rather than simply telling me its someones birthday or anniversary.

I have tried Best Birthday and this works ok apart from its "another app" that I will have to use. It can put reminders in my calendar but I already have them. Using this application it can show me how old they are but I want this information in my calendar not in another application that I will have to keep referring to.

Any other applications out there that can do this? I am happy to investigate an entire replacement calendar if that will do it?

To give you an idea of what I am looking for, was I used to use an application on my old Pocket PC called "PocketBreeze" which gave you a view of all upcoming birthdays on listed how old they were. The great thing about this application was that it could be shown on the "Active Standby"equivelent screen.

All help appreciated..

Thanks
Mark

it was something that nokia did on their older phones, show the age based on when you set the reminder and added the year of birth.

I have seen this question asked a few times, but other than what you have already done, there not much more...

What I could suggest as a work around is setting the reminder with something like 'Mik's birthday, 24 in Dec 2007' and based on the fact that you'll possibly only have the phone for a couple of years max you can easily work it out...

when you get a new phone, just edit any recurring events with a new year! 😉

B Birthday can do this for you. You just have to mark all (or some) go into the meny and "Add reminder". which will add reminders in your N95 calendar. You can even set an alarm in advance.

However this reminder does not sync to Outlook - at least not to Outlook 2003

I know it does this but it doesn't put the age of the person in the calendar that I know of - is there a way to do this then?
