Headset Issue

Does anyone else's headset controls not work?the sound comes through them but the controls on the headset don't seem to work. is this a common problem or just me?its not worked from day 1. thanks

my headset was a bit flaky... I took it apart and reconnected and its been fine since...

I see a lot of problems with the connection between the earplugs and the controls... try removing that or giving it a shove.

My headset isn't working either. Like you said, I can hear through them fine but the controls on the remote aren't working anymore.
