E90 Contacts Synchronisation

As a new user the Symbian and in particular the E 90 Communicator - sorry but I am from Pocket PC devices - I am having extreme difficulties mapping my Contacts within Outlook to the Contacts in my E90
My business contact numbers in Outlook do not seem to appear in the E90 - PLEASE ADVISE

I know this won't be much help, but syncing of all fields is working fine here. And for others, which is why you haven't had any other replies. Is there anything special about the fields that are 'missing'?

Nokia E90 is fully supported in Oxygen Phone Manager for Symbian OS phones. You may use this program to synch your contacts and calendar iwth MS Outlook.
