My main camera doesn't work anymore when I open the slide release at the back. Not sure if debranding the phone had anything to do with it or if it is a fault. Only had 2 weeks - anyone else had this problem?

debranding the phone wont stop your camera from working, unless it didnt upload properly... you could try reinstallling or more likely, theres a fault with the shutter mechanism and it cant tell if the camera is open??
Does it do anything when you move the slider at all??

Well now it is working but not all the time. Then I just got a error saying I had to reset the phone as camera application had caused an unexpected event. Going to retry to 'brand' again just incase.

well it now seems to be working - just reset the phone didn't rebrand though. not sure why it wasn't coming on when using shutter opener. will keep an eye on it for the next couple of days. thanks for advice
