Cannot get started with PC Suite

I am a newbie at this - but I got my N75 phone, complete with the software for PC Suite. I loaded PC suite, and then connected the cable. I set the phone to PC Suite - no problem so far. Now I go to the Manage Connection wizard, click get connected, cable, and the infernal hourglass just sits there spinning. Nothing happens. No phone connected continues to display. I tried reconnecting several times with no improvement. The manual is not helpful.

Could someone who knows more about this than me tell me what I am doing wrong? I have no passwords on the phone. Any and all help is appreciated.:con?

I had similar issues with my N73 and solved the problem by going to add/remove programs and removing the Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver then downloading the driver from the Nokia website and re-installing it. Althought it is included in PC Suite it doesn't always work properly when installed as part of the PC Suite package. Hope this helps.
