best image program for phone

Hi,
can you guys suggest the best pc app for batch resizing/downsampling then sending to the phone?
I used to use Photoshop elements, has option to export to phone, but N95 doesn't support that. (strange, N73 did, Nokia have removed this option from N95- downgrade in my opinion)
I use IrfanView and Elements for most image processing/manipulation.
but want i really want is a program geared towards ease of use with a mobile phone

Any suggestions gratefully received

Why not just batch process to the memory card? Then stick that back in the phone?

Question, are you saying that when the N95 is in data transfer mode and connected to the PC you can't see the memeory card as an option in the "Destination Folder" in Elements, or (thinks bubble), you're not using a memory card?

Well, when using the N73 as my mobile, and using Adobe Elements 4, the option to "export" was there. The N73 was listed as an export destination.
What Elements would do was, export to the phone (using either bluetooth or via cable) and resize and rescale all photos for a really good size compromise, you picked the options and off it went, very intuitive.

Now the option to export to mobile phone is still there but it doesn't find the N95.
Nokia told me that feature has been removed on the N95

probably because of this

It's a plugin image editor for PC Suite

Basically i takea lot of photos with my "proper" camera and like to have some of them on my phone to show people.

The Batch process is not a bad way to go, but i do a lot of my stuff on my laptop which only has 2 usb sockets. One for my mouse and one for my datamodem. so i don't have a socket available. and i don't want to buy a hub as it's just one more thing to carry around!

Only option would seem to be to batch process to destination folder on PC, picking suitable reduction options as required, then either bluetooth transfer to phone or (quicker) stick the card in the PC. Transfer by USB would be slow but quicker than Bluetooth and memory card copy the quickest.

On the same theme, i want to create albums on my phone for all my pictures, i know i can do this on the phone, but is there a way to browse and creat in usb mode, eg where are the albums stored?
Also is there a way to create a shorcut to my albums so i don't have to go through the media application?

thanks for all answers so far!
