Interesting feature Using Maps

I have upgraded the firmware on my phone to V07.40.1.2 and had copied the Nokia maps for my region to the microSD card. I was using the map utility to navigate when I received a phone call. I answered the call no problem, but when the call was over I had lost control of the phone. No key presses worked, I couldn't even turn off the phone. I did a battery reboot and still no phone control. I finally regained control by doing a battery reboot with the microSD card removed.

Has anyone else experianced anything like this?

If a .sis file is on the memory card, I've seen it really lock up a phone before (I think due to an automatic installation that doesn't agree).

Don't know if this will help, but after a couple of similar experiences I now religiously install all applications to the phone's memory (rather than the memory card).
