E90 "Access points" gives "System error"

Can anyone help with my E90 "Access points" problem ?

When trying to open Settings / Connection / "Access points" my E90 gives "System error" and does not open the list of "Access points". Therefore in practice now I cannot use any internet connectivity.

I've tried below fixes but none really solved my problem:

- Tried resetting factory settings, doesn't help.

- Tried ordering network provider settings by SMS, doesn't help.

- Tried (re)installing firmware which basicly helps, but since I obviously want my old data back I used "Content Copier" data restore from last backup, which unfortunately brings back also the "Access points" "System error" problem.

So the question is, how do I get rid of the "System error" problem in the "Access points"?

Eventually, could all "Access points" be deleted from somewhere else than the "Access points" list itself?

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,

As I'm reading your post I suggest you to think what softwares you have installed before this problem first occuerd.

I tell you this because you wrote that after restoring your saved data the problem occurs again.

Maybe uninstall some software will solve the problems.

Also check the runnung programs. If a running software uses one of your access points it can cause this error too.

Finally i suggest yout o download device status from Nokia beta labs and run it on your device. The informations you will get may bring you closer to the solution.

Cheers!
