I'm not sure if there's a direct way I'm not aware of, but you could copy and paste. Start to forward the text, but don't bother entering in who it's to - just put the cursor at the start of the message, hold down the Pencil key and keep pressing Down until you get to the end. Then choose Copy (appears while holding down Pencil, or you can click Pencil and it's on the menu). Then close and delete the new text, open a new email, and click Pencil > Paste.
Can't get better than Spinvox, here you go.

Looks interesting, though I'm not sure how it answers the question that was asked. How do you use spinvox to forward a text message to an email recipient?
I don't see any way to do it on my phone, except, as already mentioned, selecting all the text and copying it. Even then, I think you'd have to select 'Forward' to be able to select the text for copying, then cancel the Forward, then create an email and paste the text in, so it's a long way round to do it.
UniMessaging Pro from wireless-labs will do what you want and even more...
