Is it worth it to get tigers warranty plan? I am not sure of the quality of the n95...though I do not doubt it is great since my 6682 is still flawless after 3 years of use...

Yes that looks like on of the cheaper prices.
The N95 does come with a warranty (involves sending it back to Nokia I believe).

i just bought one form them
there is the silver one for 549.99
i went for that since its cheaper and the only diffrence is the color
and i wouldn't go for the warrenty plan since it alreadys comes with nokia
the warranty extends the one from Nokia by an extra year...
I also found it on Ebay through a great seller for 580 w/ 1GB memory card and car charger...
Sods law dictates if you get the one without the extended warranty that you'll need it and vice versa....
Seriously though I haven't had any problems with my N95 in the last 9 months or so. I understand the N95 US version may be a bit better built too. I dont think its quite as durable as the 6682 simply because it has moving parts.
