Hi guys, I am not sure I can wait for the update to come live on NSU as I will be travelling and wont have access to a computer so I am wondering if anyone has seen these files anywhere. I really need to get voip working on the phone so as much as I dread to go down the phoenix route its seems to have come to that :frown:
Apologies in advance if this question is out of context for the forum but any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Once again thanks so much for the speedy reply, last question I know you probably havent tried it yet but besides the latest version of Phoenix do you know of any of the older "opened" versions that will recognise the N95-8Gb?.
i didnt do with phoenix and n95 8gb yet... i found and i bought n95 8gb with my language 😉
You need try...
Has anybody tried flashing their N95-1 with this firmware to see if it works and if therefore they get demand paging?
I ask coz wasn't the N73ME firmware able to flash onto an old N73.
I don't think it is possible.
what is demand paging?
N73 and N73ME have same screen size and hardware. N95 and N95 8GB have different hardware.
davesmith: this is not posiible. N95-1 and N95-2 are different phones, with different hardware - tey have different types - N95-1 is RM-159 and N95-2 is RM-320. if RM- is different there is no compatibility in firmware.
I've got the Vodafone version of the N95 8GB, Want to debrand it I have downloaded the euro-1 firmware from earlier in this post do I just change the product code and install that?
Also once thats done what about settings for sms are they stored on the sim card, and where to get vodafone mms settings?
Any help would be great.....
If you phone up vodafone, I think its tel no. 192 in the UK and they will send you the settings as a text mesage. Also you can try the nokia website
europe.nokia.com/A4144889.
You can get the MMS settings from the Vodafone.co.uk website and clicking on the 'Help Centre' and 'messaging'.
Hello People!
I a'm new here(this is my firts post!)😊
I have a Voda Brand N95 GB from Spain, and I live in Portugal, also would to use it in Voda, but debranded.
I used the NSS, to change code - OK, but it doesn't recognise my SIM card!
What can i do to change this?
Problably in other thread, but i've been searching, and didn't find anything related(please don't forget I am new here!!)
Seasons Greetings
search the forum 'changing the product code'. You must also find the right product code.
