Just had to restore mine after a phone unlock and debrand, hope this info helps.
In 'Control Panel\Connections\Internet Accounts' you must have an account called 'Orange MMS'
New Account
Data
Account Name = Orange MMS
Address = orangemms
Username and passwords are not required
In pull down menu next to Data account select TCPIP/IPconfig
Should be on Automatically with an IP address of 0.0.0.0
Save
In pull down menu next to Data account select TCPIP/IP DNS address
Should be on Automatically with primary and secondry address of 0.0.0.0
Save
In pull down menu next to Data account select Proxy
Tick 'Use proxy server'
Proxy Server address should be = 192.168.224.010
Proxy server port = 8080
No Exceptions
Save
In pull down menu next to Data account select Login
Tick 'Enable PPP extensions
Authentication = PAP
Save
In 'Control Panel\Messaging\MMS Account
Service cetre address = http://mms.orange.co.uk
Internet account (Is the one created above) = Orange MMS
Auto Download = Home only
Download size = No restrictions
