I debranded my N73 and flashed to the latest Nokia firmware. All traces of Orange are gone except for 'Orange Plus' which no longer works and I am unable to delete. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, this is actually Sim Services... it's always there, but the phone UI automatically renames it to whatever it's called on the SIM card.
I.e. even my 3310 has the Orange Plus option at the bottom of the menu with my Orange sim card in it, but has o2 with my o2 card in.
You can't delete it, but it's nothing to do with Orange... just nokia's interface
