The in-built one. because there's nothing really wrong with it, imo. Also, with 3rd party players you can't always use the remote control that comes with the phone.

By the way, if it's not loud enough for you, I suggest you get some in-ear headphones. That's what I thought and when I got new headphones the volume increased a lot.

Again, the built in one does a good enough job to have put off any third party development, unless you mean internet radio
