How do I send/receive picture messages — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

I'm a bit new to these complicated phones. Hope someone can help. Someone has sent me a picture message but I cant view it on my phone I have to go to the vodafone website to view it using a password. I thought I should be able to view it on my phone?? Nokia N95 Firmware 11-something

I imagine you would need to phone Vodafone and get them to activate it for you. On T-Mobile to activate it you just need to send yourself a picture message.

Yes, thats a sign that MMS isnt set up on your account or SIM card is an old one and not compatible. Either way Voda will either enable MMS on your account or send you a new USIM.

You can also check you have the MMS settings by going to the Nokia web site here "nokia.co.uk/A4222200"
