I have tried dozens of FREE Push Email applications and hope to share my experiences and hear from others if there are better ones.

Emoze: It works Windows Mobile or Symbian devices. It used to require set up of a desktop agent software, now offers a solution without the PC based connector using the Emoze Global Gateway OWA. Also offers support for address book and calendar access. www.emoze.com

Morange: Singapore based Morange provides a Java based solution. It also offers Windows mobile version for Push Email solution. Latest version (I just tried several days ago) supports Hotmail, Yahoo, and MSN mail. 1. Emoze

I tried it in every new version. Actually 1.50(19) for s60 3rd. Using a Nokia E61.

pros :icon14:

+ email delivering is fast
+ interface and handling are very good
+ native Symbian

cons:icon13:

-sending Emails dont work with Gmail Account(stuck in outbox)
-sending Emails dont work with personal Email Account(stuck in outbox)
-no response from the support
-no response from the Support Forum Admin to allow Forum Post and solve something.

If anyone know a fix for this "send Email" Bug then plz response. Actually this heavy bug render this application useless.

2. Consilient

pros:icon14:

+ sexiest Interface on symbian
+ fast and very stable, even its Java
+ Pushmail arrives in seconds
+ multiple accounts
+very good and fast support

cons:icon13:

-not native symbian
-very power hungry when used over 3g or wlan
-no time scheduling for peak times like mail4exchange ore bb
-no support for Accesspoint Groups even if you can choose them. Think its because of Java.

If Consilient makes this App native Symbian, it will be really worth to pay for.
