I bought a pair of Abe USB Bluetooth dongle UB11. I had installed in my laptop (WIN XP SP1) already. But when i connect it to Nokia 7650 or my desktop it's failed. The warning is: Failed to get PAN service informtion. So could you help me to solve this problem?

Most people here are very helpful when someone has a problem, but you could help yourself a little here as well. You've now started a new thread each day for the last three days for the same problem. Have you used the search facility on this site to look for similar problems? There are hundreds of threads relating to bluetooth problems and one of them might help you out. Please don't just sit there and expect the rest of us to magically come up with a fix for you.
The error you're getting sounds like a simple problem with pairing. Despite all of the problems with different bluetooth adapters and drivers that I've read about on this forum, I haven't come across anyone who had a problem with pairing which couldn't be overcome.
Why not mail Abe themselves if you can't get it working - they'll know more about the device than the rest of us:

First of all, i am very sorry for my disturb, but i didnt sit here and wait for magical, i access internet 5h per day (you know internet cost in Vietnam too expensive)
Second, i found other software could connect to my 7650 via bluetooth, i can transfer file to nokia 7650 via bluetooth but other direction is not available.
last, Can i use other bluetooth software (not manufacturer software) similar to use many software to play mp3 music on 1 driver sound card?
Yes you can use other software. However both questions can be answered if you use the search facility of the site and search for bluetooth!
