nokia 6120 zero stuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi i have a nokia 6120 and it work well, i bought a 256 mb micro sd memory and put it in my nokia and it works well, the next day the phone dont respond to zero when i dial any number then it puts multiple zeros !!!!!! 0000
i removed the new memory but the problem is the same
i restart the phone but nothing happen the same problem .i have downloaded an anti virus but he didn't find any thing ???

take it back to whereever you bought it, assuming its still under warranty. Inserting a new memory card will not have voided your warranty on the product.

You can reset all (format) by turning it off (and remove sim and memory if you want to keep the data) and hold green+star+three (dial * 3) while turning it on. Be sure to backup data you want to keep (with Nokia PC Suite).
