If you've already sign something, you can reuse the .cer file you obtained through the website. Just put the new unsigned app into the same folder as everything else, edit the auto_signsis.bat file with the new file names and run it again. Each .cer file you get is valid for 6 months, so you can sign as many apps as you want without going back to the website again, as long as they are all for the same handset (the certificate is tied to your IMEI).

i sent them an email and its all sorted now, but the site is still a ballache INHO.
thanks for the offer tho. i appreciate it 😊

as for signing up to it, it took me several attempts to find an email they would accept. it worked with my uni one in the end.

you have to have one that isnt web based, i think. its so they can track you if you intend on publishing bad (virus, etc) software. use an account your service provider gave you maybe.

i try my account of my net service provider and still can't register

sorry mate, dunno what else to suggest. email symbian signed and see what they say.
