Hi can somebody point me in the right direction on where to turn on/off a-gps assisted gps within the Nokia N95 8gb ?

And also im still not picking any satelites up after doing the firmware upgrade !!

Any help please and thanks from brian

Menu / Tools / Settings / GPS data / options .. POSITION Settings (check/uncheck the methods you want)

Good Luck!😊

Hi and thankyou for that, got it and thats better as all working now, cheers...

Since the phone has to connect to the network to use A-GPS I don't understand why i doesn't also take advantage of the GSM possitioning?

When using Google maps the possitioning feature works pretty well and gets a lock almost straight away without even a sniff off GPS!
