the camera flash is not working on my phone. anyone else had this problem or know how i can fix it?

sounds daft but have you made sure that the flash is not turned off in your camera settings. worth a check cant think of anything else
yep it doesnt work mate lol, i've tried all setings - on, auto, red eye etc and still no joy. i've even done software update and master reset but it didnt make any differencer
the led cold possibley be gone then but they dont tend to break too much so i dont have a clue?id take it back to shop. good luck
Does it light red when in video mode? If not I think you're sadly looking at hardware failure.
the red light comes on when im filming, does taht help at all in diagnosis or problem shooting?
