Nokia have a number of downloads on there web site but it does not seem to be clear, at least not to me, what they all are and whether they should be installed?

What is the "Admin Suite.zip" and the "Upgrade_SW.zip"?
Should the All_Nokia_9210_data.SIS be installed?

Admin Suite is an "Add-on" to PC suite - it's use to copy internet/e-mail/etc.. setting to your phone. I use it - it's very handy.
All_Nokia_9210_data.SIS is the installer for the basic programs installed on your 9210 - if you have a working 9210 then don't install this - only use it if you plan to format your 9210 - or have a serious problem with one of the basic apps in your 9210 - if you have a look at the nokia site it actually gives you a list of the apps contained within this SIS file.
