INternet not working after upgrading firmware

Right, i upgraded my firmware this evening to v20. Everything went fine and everything is working accept the internet. When i had the phone i didnt need to do anything to set it all up, it just worked when i put the sim card in. Now when i click to connect to either o2 mobile web or o2 wap gprs it wont connect, and after a short time it says 'Packet data - Authentication Failed'. As far as i was aware i didnt ever input anything in to authenticate in the first place, so not sure why i cant connect now.

If it makes any difference i used product code Euro 1 - 0534841.

Any help appreciated, cheers.

I have exactly the same problem also on o2, hoping for a fix or I'll start getting bored on the bus in the mornings!

Have you tried anything yet to solve it or just not been able find anything that might might fix it?

Well ive actually just tried to access the net again and its working fine now...strange. Have you tried yours again?

I tried putting the firmware on again last night, and that didn't seem to work, but like you, I have just tried the internet this morning and it works fine!
What a strange fault..
