Hi,

I can't send emails over 3uk but i can download them the only way i can send them is over wifi

anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

You need to use an smtp server (outgoing email) which will work over the connection your using. It sounds like you are probably using your ISP's email servers so that's fine when connected to your ISP (on your wifi) but not when using someone else (3).
Try and find 3's smtp server name and use that.

EDIT: Just had a quick google. Try this smtp.three.co.uk
