It concerned me in your other posting on this site that you could not update the firmware of your phone, from V11 to V20, when you had the original product code code for Vodafone.
The Nokia Software Updater (NSU) obviously recognises your new product code and advises you that an update is available.
Can I suggest the following:-
1. Uninstall the following from your PC. NSS (Nemesis), Nokia PC Suite and all of it's components (including cable drivers)
2. Reinstall PC Suite from here:-
http://europe.nokia.com/link?cid=EDITORIAL_215671
3. Connect your phone directly to your PC with USB cable (DKE-2) and not via a hub etc.
4. Start the update process with your firewall, Windows Defender and anti-virus off.
5. Do not disconnect or use the phone during the updating process even if your PC shows the phone as disconnected or your phone becomes blank or displays Nokia Test.

Sorry to hear you've had no luck.
I apologise if you've answered these questions already.
1. What O.S. are you running on your P.C. (XP, Vista, etc.)?
2. What version of Nokia PC Suite are you using?
3. Are you using a genuine Nokia USB cable (DKE-2) or a generic one?
4. Is the cable plugged directly into the computer?
5. Are you using "General" profile on the phone when attempting to update?
6. Have you got any other prog's running on the phone when you try to update?
7. Is your phone charger plugged into the phone when updating?
As I mentioned in a previous posting, I was a little concerned that you could not update on your previous product code.

thank you very much for your help. i encountered a problem when i change the product code to EURO 3..my battery drains very quickly 😞
i deleted every applications on the phone memory untill it had 100 mb available 😊 stupid me who did not think abt that..
think ill stay with v.20 😊
