Anyone know how to change the shortcuts on the today screen? I want to add satnav? I have searched the forums, no luck so far...

Settings > General > Personalisation > Standby mode > Active standby apps.

Seriously, how hard have you looked?

Also, there is a help/search function on the phone itself which will probably have a guide on how to do this.
