I have quick time pro for PC and i have tried to export in mp4 but the only work serttings are: video data rate 32 kbits, 15 or 12 fps, audio not work under 72 kbits if i try i take an error. With video data rate up 32, the video stops after 1 second. Then i have a bad video quality with an hight audio quality.....but I would like the contrary....don't you think!!!!!
Someone has some suggestion ?
